This is part of the "Reflections of New Orleans" series. Abstracts from the city through the lens of water and glass There is a saying that floats around the French Quarter in New Orleans about one church and 400 bars. As it turns out, like many New Orleans legends, this is in accurate. The reality it that the French Quarter has a couple bars, and way more than 400 bars. This reflection of the neon from one of the oldest, Tujaque's, captures the surreal mix of historic over time.
